Stefanie JOOSTEN
Born in the Netherlands on August 5, 1988, Stefanie Joosten started her career as a model and actress while living and studying in Japan. In the mid 2010s, Joosten focused primarily on acting and saw an international breakthrough in her career when she was cast as the voice, likeness and motion capture of Quiet, the main female character in the video game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. In the following years, she has continued to work on various video game productions and is currently featured in Soulstice, where she voices two characters – the sisters Briar and Lute. In the upcoming title Wanted: Dead, she plays gunsmith Vivienne Niemantsverdriet.
In 2022, Stefanie Joosten made a decision to explore a career in music. Her debut album Singing To The Sky, helmed by Giorgio Moroder as the executive producer, is a celebration of disco and pop music from the 80’s.
Alongside her acting and singing work, Joosten also stepped into a different role in the video game development process as the cinematic director for Wanted: Dead’s cutscenes. She is also currently involved as a creative director for the upcoming title third-person mech combat title Vengeance is Mine.
