David Lloyd
David Lloyd is the guy who brought you the globally-successful V For Vendetta in company with Alan Moore.
He’s also worked on the Hellblazer series, Aliens, Global Frequency, War Stories, plus a host of other projects, including an Asterix collection and an illustrated commentary on Sao Paulo.
A retrospective collection of his short stories, Materia Oscura, is his most recent work in print, while his acclaimed crime graphic novel, Kickback, is now available in digital form from publisher, Sequential.
He’s also helped to create and manage an educational website, Cartoon Classroom – www.cartoonclassroom.co.uk – which aims to centralize all information available on the study of cartooning and comic art in the UK and Ireland.
His current and entire occupation is publishing the exclusively digital comic art magazine, Aces Weekly – www.acesweekly.co.uk – which features top talent from around the globe.
